Fundraising Sponsorship & Purchase Program

These programs are designed especially to support those organizations that seek more 100% donor contributions to their events.

Our catalog of unique and quality items is available to anyone wishing to make direct purchase and then donating that purchase to your auction event.

Whole Auction Registry has both a ‘Purchase Program’ and a ‘Sponsorship Program’

The ‘Purchase Program’ allows a donor to pre-purchase any item, service, or trip from our catalog and we will provide that item/s to them prior to your event so they can personally donate the item/s to your auction.

The ‘Sponsorship Program’ allows a donor to commit to sponsoring an item from our catalog but not purchase the item until and unless the item actually sells at the auction. If the item does not sell at auction the sponsor is not obligated any further. If the item sells at auction we will invoice the sponsor instead of your organization, which will give them the appropriate documentation they will want for tax purposes. We also have a Donor Acknowledgment print-out that credits the donor as the ‘sponsor’ of this particular items so they will be properly recognized at the auction for their generosity.

We will work with your organization to develop a ‘wish list’ of great items which can be published on your website, newsletter, or correspondence, as you look for patrons willing to sponsor these items. There is absolutely NO RISK to you or your patron. There is no obligation until or unless the sponsored item sells. Then, Whole Auction Registry will invoice the sponsor the standard consignment price for their selected item.

Donors are just as interested in contributing quality items to your event as you are. Our catalog of unique items provides an excellent way to assist your patrons in finding and selecting the best and most rewarding donations possible.
