1. The desginer downscales the plans and designs the patterns for building the frame of the hull. They also design all the parts and deck fittings as well as all the spars. A kit of parts will be completely built for the model.

2. The frames, deck planks and the timber of the hull are built from different species of wood. The hull will be planked on frame with miniature planks, each plank of the deck is individually painted black on the edge to simulate a real teak deck.

3. After the hull is planked, the hull will be hand polish by experts. No machine can be use to do the job: Abodage wants the shape of the hull perfect. Then 8 different layers of painting with hand sanding in-between are applied to obtain a smooth and shiny hull.

4. Meanwhile, the spare parts are designed and manufactured with high precision laser tools. The mast will be assembled with the spreaders and hand painted. All the deck details will be manufactured precisely following a pattern.

5. Now is the long and meticulous process of assembling all the small parts and deck houses on the deck as well as all the hardware chromed in our workshop. Expert women will rig the mast exactly as a real boat. Blocks and pulleys really work!

6. After many controls, the model is ready to be displayed. It is safely packed in a double box specially designed for international shipment.
